4140 hot finished seamless is produced by piercing a solid round or billet and is rolled to the correct dimensions. 4140 is an alloy that can worked/machined and can be heat treated to achieve very high yield and tensile.

End uses include gears, bushings, heavy equipment parts and drilling components.
